I spent 14 years in the trenches—telecom, fintech, software—managing the projects that keep millions of users connected. Alongside that, I pursued a deep education in mindfulness, compassion, and positive psychology. I now sit at the intersection, helping technical organizations replace fear-based delivery with a culture of trust, ownership, and predictable value. Based in Egypt, I work with clients across North America and EMEA.
