Hesham Elbaz

Hesham is a Culture Transformation Consultant and Certified Positive Psychology Coach who bridges the gap between technical execution and human-centric leadership.

With a background in Telecom Project Management and specialized training in Social Work (University of Michigan) and Happiness in Leadership (HarvardX), Hesham brings a unique, evidence-based approach to building psychologically safe teams. As a mindfulness teacher and an ENFJ, he is dedicated to helping organizations find their authentic purpose.
